Future Information Technology (IT) practitioners in the Philippines can now have a clearer view of their future in the booming global web and mobile industries with the help of Australian company New Media Services, the leading provider of end user support services.
Among the first IT students who were presented with modern technologies developed at the company’s laboratory within the Baguio City Economic Zone (BCEZ) came all the way from the University of Batangas Lipa Campus (UBLC).
The students spent the whole morning of February 7, 2014 learning the different processes and opportunities in coding, mobile app building, server deployment, search engine marketing, web programming and other IT essentials.
They were also shown messaging platforms of New Media Services that are being used by businesses across Australia, New Zealand, Europe and North America.
Karlo Andrei Aguilar, Chief Technology Officer of New Media Services, noted that the presented products and services will be exhibited at the Ad:Tech Australia 2014 in Sydney.
“Best happy company I visited, I wish I work with you guys someday,” tweeted Lawrence Magdasoc, 19, who won the best tweet in the event’s online contest.
Besides pioneering academic congresses to IT students, New Media Services also provides internship programs with monetary benefits to Filipino students. To connect with New Media Services, visit www.newmediaservices.com.au or email us at [email protected]
